Hum ek premium interior aur turnkey renovation firm hain jo modular kitchen, false ceiling, painting aur custom woodwork ka complete kaam karti hai. Hamein ek aisi energetic Sales & Marketing Manager ki zaroorat hai jo naye clients se baat kar sake, deals close kar sake aur business badha sake.
Key Responsibilities (Main Kaam):
- New properties (Flats, Offices, Shops) ke clients se milna aur deals crack karna.
- Company ka portfolio (J.K. Turnkey Solutions) architects, builders aur flat owners ko present karna.
- Client ki requirement samajh kar unhe details samjhana aur close follow-up rakhna.
Requirements:
- Interior design, false ceiling, real estate ya construction material sales me minimum 1-2 saal ka experience.
- Achhi communication aur convincing skills.
- Local language aur Hindi/English ki sahi samajh.
- Khud ka vehicle (Two-wheeler) hona zaroori hai field work ke liye.
Salary & Benefits:
Good Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission/Incentives on every closed project. (Salary candidate ke experience ke hisab se discuss ki jayegi) Language.hindi English and Telugu
