We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily last-mile delivery operations.
This is NOT a warehouse-only position. Managers must be willing to run delivery routes as needed.
NOTE: Please note, there is a one-week hold on all payments. This means compensation will be held for the first week and then paid out weekly thereafter. This hold allows time for proper processing and reconciliation of work completed. FIRST PAYCHECK IS PAID OUT IN THE SECOND WEEK AND WEEKLY THEREAFTER.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations
- Track packages received, dispatched, delivered, and returned
- Recruit and help onboard qualified delivery drivers
- Assign routes and monitor daily route completion
- Maintain accurate driver and package counts
- Address staffing and operational issues
- Assist with sorting/staging packages when needed
- Run delivery routes as needed to support operations
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $300.00 - $2,000 per week
