**What You'll Do ?**
**Technical Leadership**
* Lead the development of scalable, high\-performance web applications using React.js and Node.js. * Own end\-to\-end architecture decisions across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. * Drive engineering best practices, code quality, security standards, and performance optimization. * Participate in product planning and influence technical roadmap decisions.
**Full Stack Development**
* Build and maintain modern web applications using React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. * Design and develop secure, scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs. * Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. * Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.
**Team Leadership**
* Mentor junior and mid\-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance. * Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams. * Drive sprint planning, technical execution, and timely project delivery.
**Required SkillsBackend**
* Strong experience with Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS. * Experience building scalable REST APIs and microservices. * Understanding of authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth 2\.0\).
**Frontend**
* Advanced React.js expertise. * Hands\-on experience with Hooks, Redux/Zustand, Context API, and performance optimization. * Strong understanding of component architecture and frontend best practices.
**Databases**
* PostgreSQL / MySQL * MongoDB * Redis
**Additional Technical Skills**
* TypeScript * Microservices Architecture * Event\-Driven Systems * Git \& CI/CD * Unit \& Integration Testing (Jest, Cypress, React Testing Library)
**Cloud \& Infrastructure**
* AWS / Azure / GCP * EC2, Lambda, S3 * Deployment and DevOps collaboration
