- £30,000–£35,000 basic
- OTE £36,000–£42,000 (year 1)

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Export Sales Manager, supporting the continued growth of our international business.
This role is ideally suited to someone at an early stage in their career who is looking to move into export sales. You do not need a background in sales — we are far more interested in your attitude, drive and willingness to learn.
You will work with technically advanced products in a specialist global market, engaging with customers across defence, security and industrial sectors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop international sales opportunities across key territories
- Build relationships with overseas distributors, partners and end users
- Assist with tender responses, proposals and technical documentation
- Travel internationally to attend client meetings, demonstrations and exhibitions
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to understand product capability
- Contribute to market development strategies and new business generation
What We’re Looking For
- Degree-qualified (Engineering, Physics, or Science-related discipline preferred)
- Strong interest in developing a career in technical export sales
- Highly motivated with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
