We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Project Civil Engineer to oversee and support project execution from planning, coordination, cost estimation, and technical documentation to site implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of handling both office-based engineering tasks and site coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Implementation
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Interpret architectural and structural plans and specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and ensure works are implemented according to approved plans
2. Cost Estimating & Quantity Take-Off
- Perform quantity take-offs (Architectural, Structural, and Finishes)
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost analysis
- Assist in bid preparation and bid management
- Utilize estimating tools such as Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, and Buildxact
3. Technical & Engineering Works
- Prepare and revise drawings using AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Assist in structural analysis using ETABS and STAAD.Pro
- Prepare structural and architectural detailing
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and project specifications
4. Documentation & Digital Coordination
- Prepare technical reports using MS Office and Google Workspace
- Maintain organized cloud-based file management systems
- Participate in coordination meetings via Zoom and other platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage (but not required)
- With experience in project management, cost estimating, or site coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- Knowledgeable in Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Buildxact, ETABS, and STAAD.Pro
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Excellent communication skills (English & Filipino)
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid Driver’s License
- Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork
