**What You'll Be Doing**

* Leading from the front by coaching, motivating and developing your sales team. * Driving daily and weekly sales performance and achieving key store sales KPIs. * Creating an engaging, customer\-first shopping experience. * Supporting the Store Manager with day\-to\-day store operations. * Coaching team members to maximise sales opportunities and customer service. * Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards. * Supporting inventory management and operational excellence. * Assisting with performance conversations, coaching and team development. * Managing customer enquiries, warranty claims and escalated issues professionally. * Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and procedures.

**What You'll Bring**

You'll be someone who naturally motivates others and enjoys achieving results through your team.

You'll also have:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail leadership role such as Team Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager. * Proven experience leading, coaching and motivating retail sales teams to achieve results. * Demonstrated success in achieving sales budgets, KPIs and commercial targets. * Experience managing day\-to\-day store operations in a fast\-paced retail environment. * Experience handling customer escalations and resolving issues professionally. * Previous experience with inventory, merchandising and operational standards. * Experience conducting coaching conversations, performance feedback and team development. * Current First Aid Certificate (desirable). * Forklift Licence (advantageous).
