About the Role
Our client is a growing renewable energy company involved in the development and execution of sustainable energy projects. The organization is looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of technical coordination, site execution, project monitoring and overall project delivery at its Pune site.
The role is suited for a hands-on project professional who can coordinate engineering teams, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and in accordance with technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate day-to-day technical activities at the project site.

Manage project execution from mobilisation through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, vendors and site teams.

Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs and project documentation.

Monitor project progress against approved schedules and milestones.

Identify technical issues, execution risks and project delays and drive timely resolution.

Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality, schedule and scope compliance.

Coordinate site inspections, testing and commissioning activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and safety requirements.

Prepare project progress reports, trackers and management updates.

Conduct regular site/project review meetings.

Coordinate resolution of technical issues between site and engineering teams.

Track project risks, dependencies, punch-list items and corrective actions.

Support project documentation and final handover.
RequirementsDesired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline.

5–10 years of experience in project execution, EPC, renewable energy, power or industrial projects.

Strong hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
-
Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.

Good understanding of project planning, scheduling and progress monitoring.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
-
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
