Job Description:
AiR Institute of Realization is looking for a creative and experienced Visual / UI-UX Designer with excellent design skills and a strong aesthetic sense. The candidate will work closely with the leadership team on personal branding, visual identity, digital presence, and creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging UI/UX experiences for websites and digital platforms. - Create designs for social media, campaigns, events, presentations, and branding. - Develop visual identities, layouts, typography, and design systems. - Work extensively with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. - Leverage AI-powered design tools for creative development. - Translate ideas and concepts into high-quality visual designs. - Collaborate with leadership and internal teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience in Visual Design / UI-UX / Branding. - Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus Auto CAD. - Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, and user experience. - Excellent creative and aesthetic sense. - Strong design portfolio is mandatory. - Experience working with founders or leadership teams is an added advantage. - Candidates from reputed design institutes are preferred.
