Duties

- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain high standards of instruction and programme quality.
- Monitor programme performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to optimise operational effectiveness.
- Foster relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community to enhance visibility and reputation.
- Organise professional development opportunities for staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all academy activities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in educational programme management or similar leadership roles within an academic setting.
