**Job Summary:** In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next\-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high\-quality, real\-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create realistic Cocos2d\-x tasks such as sprite management, animations, physics, UI, and game logic * Write clear and structured prompts based on real development scenarios * Build evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of solutions * Execute and review tasks within a virtual environment * Provide feedback to improve task quality and consistency
**Required Skills:**
* 2\+ years of experience with Cocos2d\-x and C\+\+ * Experience working on real game projects (preferably 2D or mobile) * Strong understanding of scene graph, action system, and asset management * Ability to break down problems into clear, structured tasks * Strong written communication skills
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with Lua or JavaScript bindings in Cocos2d\-x * Experience mentoring or reviewing code * Exposure to AI training or evaluation workflows
