Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations, including CCTV surveillance, security system monitoring, and surveillance activities to detect and prevent incidents.
- Coordinate internal communication among security staff via radio, phone, or digital platforms to ensure swift response to events.
- Oversee dispatching of security personnel during shifts, ensuring proper coverage and timely response to alarms or incidents.
- Monitor CCTV systems (AV operation) and other security technology to identify suspicious activity or safety hazards.
- Manage incident reports, loss prevention documentation, and detailed logs of security activities with clear writing skills.
- Conduct conflict management and de-escalation procedures when necessary to maintain a safe environment for staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical situations while maintaining clear communication channels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement, security operations, or related fields with a strong understanding of surveillance techniques and security protocols.
- Demonstrated ability in dispatching, CCTV system operation (AV), and security system monitoring.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively relay information internally and externally.
- Strong technical proficiency with surveillance equipment, call center experience preferred, along with basic math skills for report analysis.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and customer service principles to support a positive environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in security or law enforcement are advantageous.
