Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Activities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses.
- Provide technical support during the sales process to address client queries and concerns.
- Technical Expertise:
- Design and architect Apigee-based solutions for API management and integrations.
- Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations on the Apigee platform.
- Integrate Apigee with various backend systems and services.
- Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support teams, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
- Provide training and technical guidance to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of API Management, iPaaS, Developer Portals, Integrations, Custom Integrations, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in pre-sales or solutions architecture within these domains.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically and strategically.
