**Your role and responsibilities**

In this role, we are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer – Full Stack to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires a strong technical leader with extensive experience in React or Angular, .NET, and modern software architecture to design and deliver scalable industrial software platforms.

You will lead the architecture and development of cloud\-native, high\-performance applications that integrate Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) systems while driving engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle. You will also champion AI\-assisted software engineering practices by enabling development teams to leverage LLM\-powered coding assistants and AI agents to accelerate software delivery, testing, and architectural decision\-making.

**You will be mainly accountable for:**

* ### **Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full\-stack applications using React/Angular, .NET, microservices, and cloud\-native technologies while ensuring high performance, maintainability, and software quality.** * ### **Drive engineering excellence by defining software architecture standards, mentoring development teams, promoting best practices, and leading adoption of modern software development methodologies including AI\-assisted engineering workflows.** * ### **Design and deliver secure, reliable, and highly available industrial software solutions by integrating enterprise applications with automation platforms, real\-time communication protocols, REST APIs, WebSockets, and modern cloud technologies.** * ### **Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross\-functional engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions, reduce technical debt, improve system performance, and ensure predictable delivery of high\-quality releases.**

**Qualifications for the role:**

* ### **12\+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development with strong expertise in .NET (C\#), ASP.NET Core, React or Angular, and enterprise\-scale application development.** * ### **Proven experience designing scalable microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud\-native applications using modern software engineering principles.** * ### **Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL or NoSQL databases along with backend frameworks, ORM technologies, and frontend state management concepts.** * ### **Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/K3s), DevOps practices, and software security standards.** * ### **Good understanding of industrial automation technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, SCADA, MES, IoT platforms, and integration between Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) systems is preferred.** * ### **Demonstrated technical leadership with experience mentoring engineers, defining engineering standards, driving architectural decisions, and successfully delivering complex enterprise software solutions across cross\-functional teams.** * ### **BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines with excellent communication skills and passion for innovation, continuous learning, and AI\-driven software engineering practices.**
