Ensure smooth clinic operations, strict SOP adherence, and drive patient conversion through on-ground management.
Key Responsibilities :

Clinical Posting: Mandatory clinic presence from Friday to Sunday to manage operations and patient flow.

QC Reviews: Ensure 100% completion and timely updates of all QC reviews. Also ensuring that instructions are followed post highlighting it once.

DA Allotments: Efficient allocation of Dental Assistants to avoid any manpower gaps.

SOP Checks: Conduct SOP adherence checks in every clinic visit with immediate corrective actions.

Patient Conversion: Ownership of enrolled to treatment conversion for all personally handled cases.

Clinic Coverage: Provide backup support in clinics with doctor shortages to ensure no disruption.
