MULTI-BRANCH ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations in Davao City.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate of Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations management in the F&B or retail industry.
- Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple branches.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, purchasing, and wastage prevention.
- Capable of training, supervising, and developing employees to maintain operational standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Able to conduct regular branch audits, monitor staff performance, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Strong leadership, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, accountable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
