Responsibilities:

Must be admitted to the New York bar in good standing.

Ideal candidates will have civil litigation (1-2 years) experience in both state and federal courts.

Candidates should be able to draft complicated legal memoranda and have strong academic credentials.

Candidates interested in participating in business development efforts are required.

Monitoring relevant regulatory and legislative changes and requirements

Experience in health law and/or land use matters is a plus.
