The Head of New Business Mobilisation (Senior Project Manager) will lead the successful onboarding, mobilisation and operational integration of new clients across the Group’s hospitality and food production businesses.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience within hospitality or major supermarket or restaurant chains. You will Project Manage new business and existing clients, acting as the central conduit between new clients and our operational functions within Absolute Taste, Cucina and The Menu Partners to ensure each client receives a tailored solution aligned to their requirements.
This is a field based/hybrid role working mainly from client locations and our main offices (Bicester and Manchester) with opportunity to work remotely when appropriate. There may be demand to work at a weekend/evening (client dependent).
Package Details:
- Basic: £65k-£75k
- Car allowance: £5k
- PMI
- Up to 20% Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
This is a highly collaborative leadership role requiring strong stakeholder management, operational understanding and project delivery expertise.
- Establish client requirements, building mobilisation strategies, coordinating multi-functional project teams and ensuring delivery across a range of hospitality sectors (hotels, restaurants, visitor attractions, stadia, premium events, food manufacturing and high street brands)
- Establish and document each client’s operational, culinary, commercial and logistical requirements
- Build tailored mobilisation plans aligned to the specific needs of each client and sector
- Lead discovery meetings, operational workshops and mobilisation planning sessions with clients
- Support ongoing client retention through strong operational delivery and relationship management
- Cross functional leadership: Bring together specialist teams across a broad range of functions
- Support launch readiness reviews and post-launch operational evaluations
- Support the Commercial and Business Development teams during tender processes and client presentations
About You:
- Proven experience within hospitality operations, retail, mobilisation, account management or project leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of multi-site hospitality operations.
- Experience working across sectors including hotels, restaurants, events, visitor attractions or food production.
