Currently, we are searching for a full-time Engineer to cooperate with our UK client - BioPharma organization. The mission is to unlock the potential of AI/ML to improve the lives of patients. Our client delivers powerful cloud software and services specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of the BioPharma sector.
⚠️ Due to the client's location, sometimes the team works until 6:00 PM CEST. Meetings scheduled after 5 PM CEST are usually planned in advance.

Owning the overall architecture, system scalability, and long-term technical direction

Defining MCP (Model Context Protocol) implementation standards across teams and services

Driving security and authentication design for enterprise-grade AI integrations

Leading technical decision-making, architectural discussions, and high-impact code reviews

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record in a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or Solutions Architect role

Practice with distributed systems design and cloud architecture (Kubernetes)

Hands-on expertise with Java and Spring Boot in high-throughput environments

Deep knowledge of AI Agents, LLM integrations, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)

Advanced background in modern identity and security frameworks, including OAuth 2.1, OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Auth0
