This role sits at the intersection of chemistry and product development, inventory and operational systems, and customer-facing digital communication.

The successful candidate will ensure that APS Pharma’s rapidly evolving product portfolio, capabilities, and manufacturing strengths are accurately and efficiently translated into structured internal systems and high-quality external presentation.

This is not a traditional marketing or IT role. It is a hybrid operational, scientific, and digital coordination role critical to scaling a modern specialty chemistry and CDMO business.

  • Ionizable and PEGylated lipids
  • Lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technologies
  • Process development
  • Specialty molecules
  • Impurity reference standards

Our environment is fast-moving, technically demanding, and innovation-driven. Product offerings evolve continuously as new chemistry, process improvements, and client opportunities emerge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain alignment between website content, internal product data, quotations, and customer communications
  • Improve scientific SEO visibility through structured product information and CAS-based discoverability

3. Inventory & Operational Systems Coordination

  • Improve visibility into available inventory, intermediates, manufacturing status, and production planning
  • Assist in implementation of lightweight digital systems for product tracking and lifecycle management
  • Help establish scalable workflows bridging laboratory, operations, sales, and digital systems

4. Commercial & Technical Support

  • Support business development and quoting activities through preparation and maintenance of standardized product information and technical documentation
  • Ensure consistency and professionalism across customer-facing technical materials

5. AI & Digital Automation Initiatives (Preferred)

  • Assist with implementation of AI-assisted and automation tools for product page generation, workflow efficiency, and structured scientific data management
  • Participate in long-term digital transformation initiatives within the company

Qualifications

Required:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in specialty chemicals, pharmaceutical development, CDMO, biotech, or scientific product environments
  • Experience managing technical or scientific content
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills

Strong Assets:

  • Experience with inventory systems, ERP/LIMS environments, CMS platforms, Airtable, Notion, or structured databases
  • Familiarity with GMP or ISO-regulated environments
  • Exposure to SEO for chemical/pharma products and AI-assisted workflow tools

  • Highly execution-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving entrepreneurial environment
