Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the development lifecycle to improve team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery of milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with database management systems and query languages.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
