Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Carry primary responsibility for end-to-end workstream execution, from problem framing and requirements through analysis, solution design, testing, and stakeholder delivery.
- Resolve ambiguity and data, system, or operational constraints by surfacing issues, options, and tradeoffs.
- Define scope, deliverables, and timelines with managers, then execute with minimal supervision.
- Design and deliver dashboards, analytical solutions, workflows, and automation that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
- Oversee testing, validation, documentation, and knowledge transfer for the workstream.
- Direct, review, and integrate Senior Analyst contributions into a coherent workstream output.
- At the senior consultant level, manage a small team and take accountability for all workstream outputs and stakeholder expectations.
- Advanced capability in SQL and at least one additional analytical or programming language such as Python or R.
- Apps Script, Java, or similar automation experience is useful where relevant.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb complex issues and connect business, analytical, and technical considerations.
- Experience in supply chain transformation, inventory optimization, operational analytics, planning, procurement, or related domains is valuable.
- Strong communication, documentation, and knowledge-transfer discipline in a distributed delivery model.
