Roles \& Responsibilities:
* Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team. * Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth of junior team members. * Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Professional \& Technical Skills:
* Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. * Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using SAP ABAP within HANA environments. * Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high\-quality software solutions. * Skilled in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP code for HANA databases. * Experience in integrating SAP ABAP applications with other enterprise systems and services. * Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues in SAP environments.
Additional Information:
* The candidate should have minimum 7\.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. * This position is based at our Pune office. * A 15 years full time education is required.
