• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards through effective team management and communication.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies related to SAP UI5.
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles and responsive design techniques.
• Ability to integrate SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
• Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and version control systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
