**Job Summary:**

As a Software Prod \& Plat Eng Manager, you will own client delivery for the Accenture LearnVantage (ALV) product while remaining hands\-on in code. You will lead a small, high\-performing, AI\-enabled team, translate ambiguous requirements from internal and external stakeholders into actionable work, and drive quality end\-to\-end. This is not a task\-distribution role \- you are expected to be a go\-getter who builds alongside the team.

**Roles \& Responsibilities:**

Own client delivery for assigned ALV workstreams (e.g., Citizens and ad\-hoc projects such as ATCI) with accountability for timelines and quality. **Stay hands\-on:** design, build, review, and ship backend services; set the technical bar through your own code. Manage stakeholders across internal and external teams \- converting ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Directly manage and grow a team (backend/frontend or full\-stack) \- mentoring, planning, and performance management. Lead an AI\-enabled team; champion the adoption of AI development tools (Cursor / Claude) to raise productivity and quality. **Enforce engineering discipline:** unit/integration testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.

**Professional \& Technical Skills:**

**Must To Have Skills:** Proficiency in at least one backend stack (.NET / Golang / Java / Node.js). Strong hands\-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL). First\-hand experience writing unit and integration tests. Proven stakeholder management and people management skills. Minimum 1 year of experience using AI coding tools (Cursor / Claude); evidence of championing these tools at their org/unit. Prior experience managing a team of at least 3 people. Comfortable working in a MacBook (macOS) professional environment. **Good to have:** working knowledge of frontend development (React / Angular / HTML).
