The role As Forward Deployed Engineer (f/m/x), you work with our clients to turn breakthroughs in AI technology and research into production systems. Working at the intersection of bleeding edge technologies and the transformation of leading enterprises' core value chains, you will drive the organizational transformation to intelligent systems and help our clients re-architect work. You will also drive Project aIQ - accilium's transformation into an AI-native company and help us ship weekly builds of our organization “accilium OS”. In this role, you will join our Technology Practice to build the foundation for a team of Forward Deployed Engineers. What you will build Build agentic systems and embed them in our clients' value chains to realize efficiencies as well as top line growth Deliver technical artifacts like agents, MCP servers and agent skills that will be used in production workflows. Develop and codify build and deployment patterns and contribute these assets to accilium as well as the open-source community. Continuously maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and AI product development stacks. Embed closely and build strong relationships with our clients' teams and proactively spot opportunities for AI deployment throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.
