Nuvia Contract Manufacturing is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. This is an on-site position based in Draper, Utah, where you'll serve as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and successful project execution.
The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships while coordinating with Sales, Operations, Quality, Production, Inventory, and Shipping teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
Working closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Operations and VP of Business Development, this role supports business growth by managing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This is a highly collaborative, results-oriented position for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating proactively, and taking ownership of customer success. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are essential.
In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities tied to the achievement of individual goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and overall business performance.
This is not a traditional administrative role. Success in this position requires initiative, strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive customer satisfaction and business results.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and responsiveness

Understand customer needs and align them with Nuvia’s capabilities

Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and expansion

Actively monitor account activity, do not wait for issues to arise
-
Anticipate customer needs and communicate updates before being asked

Follow up consistently on open items, orders, and requests

Drive solutions, not just communication

Partner with the VP of Sales to execute sales strategy and growth initiatives

Support new business opportunities and strategic accounts

Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, including Operations, Quality, Inventory, Shipping & Receiving,

Coordinate internally to ensure orders are processed accurately, timelines are met, and customer expectations are clearly communicated

Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution

Escalate risks or delays proactively to the VP of Sales

Communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and internal teams

Always ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate customer data, communications, and opportunities in CRM

Track account performance, open orders, and follow-ups

Participate in: Pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, Account reviews.

Experience in B2B environments (business-to-business)

Experience in contract manufacturing, medical device, or regulated industries

Familiarity with GMP / FDA environments

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred

3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles Technical Skills
