Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible **Accounts Executive** to manage day\-to\-day accounting and financial transactions for our import\-export business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle day\-to\-day accounting transactions and entries * Maintain and update ledgers and books of accounts * Manage accounts payable and receivable * Handle bank transactions and bank reconciliations * Process and track domestic and international payments * Maintain records related to import\-export transactions * Verify invoices, bills, and supporting financial documents * Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal teams * Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements * Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field * Prior experience in accounting, preferably in an import\-export or trading company * Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping * Experience handling international payments and banking transactions will be an advantage * Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Good communication and coordination skills
