Accounts Executive
Company: Skyda Carrywell Pvt. Ltd. Industry: Import & Export
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions for our import-export business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and entries
- Maintain and update ledgers and books of accounts
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Handle bank transactions and bank reconciliations
- Process and track domestic and international payments
- Maintain records related to import-export transactions
- Verify invoices, bills, and supporting financial documents
- Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, and internal teams
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
- Prior experience in accounting, preferably in an import-export or trading company
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Experience handling international payments and banking transactions will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
