Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting global client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The role oversees audit operations, exception resolution, customer service metrics, team performance, and process improvement while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors supporting global client accounts.
- Oversee the execution of audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit exceptions.
- Prioritize workloads, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct weekly planning sessions and review KPI reports and scorecards.
- Ensure achievement of customer metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with carriers and customers to understand requirements and provide effective support.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer and carrier concerns.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, mentoring, and employee development activities.
- Foster a high-performing team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accountancy, Customs Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership or supervisory / Managerial experience.
- Experience in accounting, logistics, freight audit, financial analysis, customer management, or related fields.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exposure to ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders and global teams.
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule supporting 24/5 operations.
