What will you do?
In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations and seamless coordination across multiple functions within the organization.
Business Operations:
- Oversee and support day-to-day company operations across Business Operations, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams
- Work closely with the Sales team on CRM management, lead allocation, and sales list distribution
- Assess manpower availability and coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution
- Maintain updated operational records, trackers, and dashboards
- Handle end-to-end coordination of cross-functional business processes to ensure seamless functioning
- Manage vendor coordination and operational follow-ups
- Support execution of cross-operations tasks while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
What are we looking for?
- Strong communication skills with excellent command over written and verbal English
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to multitask and efficiently juggle cross-operations responsibilities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adaptable and open to taking on new tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with speed, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
- Prior full-time experience in Operations roles (EdTech experience is an added advantage)
