Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembling Executive/Production executive to support our production team in assembling high-quality medical devices. The role requires handling of components, understanding assembly processes, and ensuring the product complies with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic and semi-technical assembly of medical devices as per instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and written instructions.
Handle delicate components with care, using proper tools and protective equipment.
Conduct visual inspection of parts and report any defects or deviations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assembly area to comply with medical standards.
Assist in testing and packaging of finished devices when required.
Record daily production reports and work completion status.
Coordinate with Quality Control for batch clearance and inspection.
Follow EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines and company policies.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of mechanical/electronic components.
Diploma / ITI in Biomedical is preferred.
0-1 year of experience is required in medical devices.
Ability to read and understand technical instructions and manuals.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to standard industry practices.
Team player with good communication and time management skills.
Willingness to work in a cleanroom or controlled environment if needed
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
