Position: Operations Head
Location: sector 132, Noida
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the complete operations, Back office and CRM team * Monitor productivity and discipline of 7\-8 CRM, 2 Back Office Executives and 3\-4 Field Coordinators. * Ensure smooth processing of home loan files from login to disbursement. * Drive daily follow\-up mechanisms and maintain service quality standards. * Track team KPIs, MIS reports and operational efficiency. * Coordinate with banks, builders and channel partners for timely file processing. * Implement process improvements and automation initiatives. * Recruit, train and mentor team members.

* Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Process\-oriented with high attention to detail. * Ability to handle pressure and meet timelines. * Strong knowledge of CRM systems, Excel , Google sheet, office Automation and Tele CRM and operational reporting. * Self\-driven, disciplined and result\-oriented mindset.
Preferred Experience
* 3\-8 years of experience in Operations, Team Handling, Banking, Financial Services, Home Loans, Mortgage or CRM Operations. * Home Loan experience is preferred but not mandatory.
