The Production Associate provides production support to the Worship Arts Team and ACF Palmer campus through assigned technical responsibilities. This role helps create consistent, distraction-free worship experiences by supporting audio, video, lighting, volunteer teams, campus-specific production needs, and equipment care for Sunday services and other campus events as required.
Key Responsibilities

1. Production Support
- Provide production support to the Worship Arts Team and ACF Palmer campus by fulfilling technical responsibilities as assigned.
- Oversee campus-specific production elements for weekend services.
- Maintain workspaces and coordinate repairs of production equipment.
- Assist with other events as required.
- Oversees regular development, training, and care of volunteer teams.
2. General
- Adhere to the ACF Staff Core Values.

Position-Specific Skills:
- General understanding of advanced audio, video, and lighting systems in live production environments.
- General knowledge of digital audio networks and transmission, including SLink and Dante.
- Basic knowledge of Jands lighting consoles, Blackmagic products, and Renewed Vision video products and software.
Comfortable working in demanding, fast-paced, high-production-value environments.
Experience & Qualifications
Required

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-level production touring environment, theater, or equivalent church ministry environment.

- Demonstrates a “can do” attitude, owns mistakes quickly, and remains flexible with last-minute adjustments.
- General understanding of advanced audio, video, and lighting systems in live production environments.
Preferred
- Additional experience in production touring, theater, or church ministry environments preferred.
- Additional working knowledge of production planning tools, church planning tools, and team communication platforms preferred.
