Profile Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Senior SEO Executive with hands-on experience in SEO strategy and execution. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, Keyword Research, Link Building, and SEO Analytics and should be capable of independently handling multiple SEO projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website visibility.
- Perform detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Handle complete On-Page SEO, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, content optimization, and internal linking.
- Plan and execute Off-Page SEO and quality link-building activities.
- Conduct basic Technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, redirects, sitemap, robots.txt, and website structure.
- Monitor website performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar tools.
- Analyze ranking drops, traffic fluctuations, backlink profiles, and competitor strategies.
- Work closely with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Manage and track multiple SEO projects while ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Review and guide the work of junior SEO executives when required.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Good knowledge of Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in Link Building and Backlink Analysis.
- Understanding of Google Search Console & Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, indexing, crawling, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of practical SEO experience.
- Experience working with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling multiple client websites/projects.
- Knowledge of Local SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI-assisted SEO is a plus.
- Candidates with a proven record of improving rankings and organic traffic will be preferred.
