About the Role
Acodez IT Solutions is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running performance-driven campaigns for both e-commerce and lead generation clients, with a strong focus on maximizing ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring campaign quality, timely execution, and budget optimization.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies based on client goals and business objectives.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Optimize lead generation campaigns with a focus on lead quality and conversion.
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, UTM parameters, and Offline Conversion Tracking.
- Create performance reports and dashboards using Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or similar reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with design, content, web development, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and user experience.
- Communicate campaign performance, strategy, and recommendations effectively with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Snapchat Ads is preferred.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce and lead generation campaigns.
- Experience handling significant monthly advertising budgets with a focus on achieving measurable ROI.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and attribution models.
- Good understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and structured A/B testing.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with landing page and CRO tools such as Unbounce, Instapage, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Basic understanding of SEO and marketing automation tools.
