Job Description
The project focuses on building AI-powered software development platforms designed to automate and streamline large parts of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The solution is already being used by multiple engineering teams across different business areas. Developers will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions, while also contributing to the development of AI capabilities, team enablement and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities

Developing full-stack applications, covering both backend and frontend components.

Using AI-powered development tools to automate and optimize software engineering processes.

Building and enhancing capabilities, knowledge and skills for AI agents.

Applying AI tools safely and efficiently, with particular attention to token usage and cost optimization.

Working closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams across different business areas.

Supporting the adoption of AI-driven development practices across the organization.

Training and mentoring other developers and teams.

Sharing technical knowledge and contributing to the development of engineering teams.
Requirements

Senior-level experience in software development.

Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Practical experience with AWS.

Frontend development experience with React or Angular.

Strong understanding of microservices and web service architecture.

Hands-on experience using AI coding tools in an enterprise environment, such as Claude Code or OpenAI tools.

Experience with GitLab and DevSecOps practices.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting solutions to business stakeholders and training other teams.

Willingness to travel to the UK for business trips (approximately 40% of working time spent on-site at the UK office each month).
Nice to have

Experience with Python or .NET Core.

iOS or Android development experience.

Claude (Anthropic) or OpenAI certifications.

Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and agent harnesses.

Experience building AI agents and developing agent skills.
