Job Description
We are looking for an IT Deployment and Operations Coordinator to support IT managed services operations across multiple retail brands. The role focuses on coordinating store deployments, scheduling field engineers, monitoring hardware installations, managing IT account requests, and tracking project progress to ensure timely and efficient delivery of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT deployment activities for new store openings, renovations, and existing stores across all business brands.
- Schedule field engineers for store deployments, POS installations, and technical support activities.
- Update and maintain store information in the designated company portal.
- Coordinate the creation of IT accounts, including email and VPN accounts, for new stores as required.
- Monitor IMACD (Install, Move, Add, Change, and Disposal) activities across all business units.
- Track hardware deliveries, installations, and deployment readiness for new and existing stores.
- Maintain and update POS inventory lists and other store IT documentation.
- Monitor store cabling activities and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure deployment requirements are met.
- Track project milestones, deployment progress, issues, and pending deliverables.
- Coordinate hardware ordering and procurement requirements for new store openings and renovations.
- Prepare weekly status reports covering deployment progress, outstanding tasks, and operational issues.
- Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support timely project execution.
Qualifications and Technical Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in IT operations, IT deployment coordination, technical support, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, PC troubleshooting, hardware installation, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, and basic network configuration.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience using helpdesk platforms, such as Helpdesk Authority, or other ticketing systems.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage deployment schedules, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor multiple activities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail IT support, POS deployment, or multi-site IT operations.
- Familiarity with IT asset inventory, hardware procurement, and deployment tracking.
- Experience coordinating field engineers, vendors, and store-level technical activities.
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
