We are currently seeking an experienced **Project Superintendent** to join our team for large\-scale industrial construction projects for next 11month. This position will work closely with a Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations from project start through completion.
This role is specifically focused on industrial and manufacturing facilities — not residential construction. We are looking for someone with strong field leadership experience in factories, warehouses, processing facilities, distribution centers, or similar industrial environments. **This position is a contract/dispatch role through our recruiting firm. **Project Superintendent Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and supervise day\-to\-day on\-site construction activities * Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and inspections throughout all project phases * Maintain project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field issues * Ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to drawings and specifications * Monitor construction quality and maintain organized project documentation * Lead job site safety efforts and ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety standards * Conduct site meetings, maintain meeting minutes, and communicate project updates to management * Assist with permits, submittals, RFIs, punch lists, and project close\-out documentation * Maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
**Project Superintendent Qualifications:**
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or field management role, preferably in industrial construction * Experience working for a General Contractor on projects larger than 50,000 sq ft preferred * Strong understanding of industrial construction practices, plans, and specifications * Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain construction schedules * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project preferred * Ability to travel extensively and relocate depending on project location * Valid driver’s license required
