Job Responsibilities
- Develop and expand international business for XRF, Weighing, and Laser products.
- Achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets in assigned regions.
- Identify new markets and prepare market entry strategies.
- Appoint and manage overseas distributors, dealers, and agents.
- Strengthen business with existing distributors and ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Handle the complete export sales cycle and coordinate with the factory.
- Understand international certification requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer meetings, and distributor visits.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Support overseas branches and assist in developing marketing materials.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Candidates residing on the Western Line of Mumbai will be preferred.
- Experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or Domestic Field Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel within India and internationally.
