This is a remote position. As a Technical Delivery Manager at Adhesion Co. , you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and delivery of our software integration and automation service, Managed Operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our solutions into client systems. Your technical expertise, project management skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction will be essential in driving the successful execution of Managed Operations. Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Managed Operations projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of software integrations, API technologies, and data exchange methodologies to facilitate efficient and effective integration processes. Intermediate level of proficiency with Make.com and Zapier. Technical Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather integration requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of technical specifications and project objectives. Resource Allocation: Allocate resources appropriately to execute integration projects efficiently, including coordinating with development teams and third-party vendors, if necessary. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure accuracy and functionality. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides. Continuous Improvement: Analyze and improve integration processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and scalability. Requirements Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or in a similar technical project management role. Solid understanding of software integrations, APIs, and data exchange protocols. Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple integration projects simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. Familiarity with integration platforms and tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is advantageous. Position Details This is a contract position.
