About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced **Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) Trainer** to conduct a 3\-week Faculty Development Program (FDP) for college faculty members. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training on AI/ML concepts, tools, and applications to help faculty enhance their knowledge and integrate AI\-driven approaches into teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct interactive training sessions on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for college faculty. * Explain fundamental and advanced AI/ML concepts with real\-world examples. * Provide hands\-on training in AI/ML tools, programming environments, and industry\-relevant platforms. * Cover topics such as: * Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning * Data Science fundamentals * Python programming for AI/ML * Data preprocessing and visualization * Supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms * Deep Learning basics * Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) * AI tools for education and research * Practical AI/ML projects and case studies * Design training materials, presentations, exercises, and assignments. * Guide faculty members in developing AI\-based academic/research applications. * Conduct assessments, discussions, and doubt\-clearing sessions. * Encourage hands\-on learning through demonstrations and mini\-projects.
Required Qualifications:
* Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field preferred. * Strong knowledge of AI, ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI concepts. * Experience in Python programming and AI/ML frameworks. * Prior experience in conducting technical training, workshops, FDPs, or corporate training. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners from diverse backgrounds.
Experience:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development, teaching, research, or technical training preferred.
Duration:
3 Weeks (Full\-Time Faculty Training Program)
