With integrated manufacturing facilities in **Mysuru and Belagavi, Karnataka**, our foundry and machine shop have a **consolidated production capacity of 7,200 metric tonnes** of machined iron castings annually.

**Position: Foundry Quality Engineer**
We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Foundry Quality Engineer** to strengthen our quality team and ensure our products consistently meet customer and automotive industry standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform in\-process and final inspection of foundry products. * Understand engineering drawings and GD\&T requirements for inspection. * Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements. * Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and process reports. * Perform calibration and verification of measuring and inspection instruments. * Conduct dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment. * Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Coordinate with Production and Process teams to resolve quality concerns. * Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Candidate Profile**
* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or related Engineering. * **2–3 years** of experience in foundry or automotive manufacturing quality. * Good understanding of **GD\&T** and engineering drawings. * Working knowledge of **IATF 16949 documentation**. * Experience using inspection and measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and other quality equipment. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
