Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to support technical, demonstration, commissioning, and application engineering activities. The role involves working closely with Sales, Service, Design, Quality, and Marketing teams while providing technical assistance, conducting site visits, and supporting product demonstrations and customer training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for product selection, BOM generation, and application-related queries.
- Coordinate and maintain records of tools and equipment required for demonstrations and commissioning activities.
- Support internal departments including Sales, Design, CBMS, Quality, Service, and Marketing teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations, commissioning, application studies, and customer training programs.
- Visit customer sites for technical evaluations, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing project support.
- Collect application data, prepare technical reports, and analyze competitor products and activities.
- Assist in exhibitions, technical events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, case histories, demo reports, and project records.
- Perform testing, trials, PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection), and validation of new products and developments.
- Deliver internal product and technical training sessions for newly launched technologies.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Good technical understanding and willingness to learn industrial tools and applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits, demonstrations, and commissioning activities.
Travel Requirement
- Approximately 50% travel across customer locations and project sites.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
