About the Opportunity

Advanced Management USA is an ACO enablement company seeking a highly organized, proactive Project Manager to help our Business Development department turn priorities into results.

In this role, you will partner closely with department leadership to coordinate initiatives, manage competing priorities, strengthen operational processes, and make sure commitments are completed. You will connect people, information, and workflows so the department runs effectively and important details do not fall through the cracks.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership: a person who anticipates needs, asks thoughtful questions, follows through consistently, and brings solutions rather than simply identifying problems. This role is measured on results: completed work, met deadlines, and problems solved.

What You Will Do

Planning and Prioritization

  • Turn leadership priorities into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Own the department's priority list, ranking work by business impact, deadlines, dependencies, and available capacity, and adjusting it as conditions change.
  • Approve, reprioritize, or redirect departmental work within established priorities, escalating only decisions that fall outside that scope.

Coordination and Follow-Through

  • Coordinate departmental projects and cross-functional initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned and work moving forward.
  • Own the department's commitment tracker: follow up on every open action and confirm deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
  • Coordinate internal requests and approvals with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology.
  • Manage the transition of signed opportunities into readiness, submission, and operational handoff, making sure each has a clear owner, timeline, and completed handoff.

Reporting and Visibility

  • Prepare meeting agendas, leadership updates, and performance reports; document decisions and manage follow-up.
  • Maintain visibility into business development activities, pipeline progression, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate records, current documentation, and reliable tracking systems.

Problem-Solving and Process Improvement

  • Identify risks, missing information, unclear ownership, and process gaps; resolve issues or escalate them appropriately.
  • Independently analyze operational data to diagnose root causes, then recommend and implement practical improvements, arriving with a proposed solution rather than just the problem.
  • Drive process improvements and deliver targeted training to department staff.

What We Are Looking For

  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail: you build and maintain systems that keep multiple priorities, deadlines, and commitments visible and on track.
  • Independent judgment: you make sound decisions with incomplete information and escalate only when a decision is truly outside your scope.
  • Consistent follow-through and the confidence to hold others accountable respectfully.
  • A results orientation: you take initiative without waiting for direction and measure your work by outcomes delivered, not tasks started.
  • Critical thinking: you question assumptions, investigate root causes, and test solutions before recommending them.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to provide concise, useful updates.
  • The ability to build relationships and coordinate work across teams, including with people who do not report to you.
  • Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, business systems, and performance reports.
  • A strong desire to succeed, learn new skills, accept feedback, and grow professionally.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of professional experience in project management, business operations, business development support, or a comparable coordination role.
  • A track record of delivering measurable results while managing competing deadlines, with specific examples you can share.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and experience using Salesforce and a project-management platform.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for drafting, analysis, and reporting.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred

  • Healthcare, ACO, value-based care, or provider-network experience.
  • Project-management training or certification.

Work Environment and Requirements

  • Fully remote position. You must reside and work in Florida.
  • Available Monday through Friday during standard Eastern Time business hours.
  • AMUSA provides a laptop and the equipment needed for the role. You need a private, secure workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
  • No travel required.
  • Primarily sedentary, computer-based work. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
  • Completion of HIPAA and company compliance training upon hire.

How You Will Make an Impact

You will help build a department where priorities are clear, responsibilities are understood, follow-up is dependable, and leadership has the information it needs to make decisions. Success in this role looks like:

  • Every departmental initiative has a named owner, a deadline, and a current status.
  • Leadership receives accurate, on-time reports without having to ask for them.
  • Signed opportunities move to operations with complete information and no rework.
  • Commitments are met on schedule, and risks are raised before they become delays.

Compensation and Benefits

Base starting salary: $60,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA and HSA options; life insurance; tuition reimbursement; and a 401(k) with company match.
