**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, excellent problem\-solving abilities, and experience in equipment maintenance, installation, and process improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime. * Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements. * Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. * Coordinate with cross\-functional teams for installation and commissioning activities. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. * Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation. * Assist in identifying and implementing cost\-saving and efficiency improvement initiatives. * Support procurement by evaluating mechanical components and spare parts. * Participate in audits and ensure statutory compliance related to mechanical systems.
**Required Qualifications**
* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. * 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. * Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, maintenance practices, and engineering principles. * Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software will be an added advantage. * Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
