Qualification: PG in rural development /MSW or MSc. Agriculture/Engineering /MBA in Agribusiness/Rural Management
Experience: over 3 years of grass root experience in rural development

Position Summary - The Development Organiser will ensure effective field-level execution of project activities, maintain accurate records and reports, support capacity-building initiatives, and contribute to achieving project objectives related to livelihood enhancement and community empowerment.
Essential Skills:
- Strong knowledge of rural development Programme.
- Strong technical knowledge of agriculture/livelihood practices and systems.
- Good command over MS Office and digital tools.
- Good field activity organizer.
- Ability to adopt and promote newer technologies and innovations.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (written and verbal).
- Good Government Liaison Skills
- Strong Documentation skill
- Ability to work in a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for implementing program plans, including specific themes, and monitor project activities and compliances at the field level
- Ensuring programmatic targets are achieved on time
- Cost effectiveness of works
- Quality work execution and result oriented work execution
- Ensure community participation in activities
- Ensure institutional perspective in program
- Ensure women participation in all activities
- Following the implementation strategies in all activities
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and facilitate training programs and related activities for community and field Para worker.
- Documenting case studies/best practices
- Timely payments to labour and suppliers for respective vertical
- Timely settlement of advances
- Ensure financial transparency
- Ensure timely reports and MIS
- Ensure timely settlement of all bill vouchers
- Any other task assigned by AKRSP (I) management.
