Job Description:
- Leading a multi-thematic team of professionals in the areas of natural resources, agriculture, livestock, enterprises, education, skill development, etc. along with support departments like accounts, M&E, reporting and administration.
- Liaise with donors and government officers and interact with field staff and community members.
- Budget management and new resource mobilization.
- Actively engage in developing systems and indicators from existing areas of work.
- Capacity building of the team and prepare senior team members towards new challenges and new geographical areas.
- Integration of all programmes and projects of AKRSPI to achieve maximum impact at household level.
- Ensuring timely submission of all reports to donors, government and AKRSP head office.
- Motivate team members to deliver optimum outcomes.
- Develop conceptual clarity of the Organization vision, mission & objectives to team on long term development issues and ensuring the peoples participation in programmes.
- Provide overall administration for the team and all offices and financial oversight
- Set up and operationalize the monitoring and evaluation systems for all the work in the regions
- Provide leadership and overall guidance to the area managers working in the regions
