Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries professionally.
- Lead CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
- Monitor quality KPIs, inventory accuracy, operational performance, and SLA compliance.
- Review customer documents and develop and maintain SOPs and quality standards.
- Analyse data and trends using statistical techniques, dashboards, and reports to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and governance requirements.
- Manage customer issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Oversee warehouse-to-data center processes, including inbound/outbound operations, reverse logistics, builds, replenishment, kitting, and decommissioning.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in quality management, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and 3PL processes.
- Hands-on experience in CAPA, root cause analysis, operational audits, and SOP compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI reporting, dashboard development, and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an added advantage.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
