Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload IC devices onto biased boards and test chambers for reliability testing.
- Ensure testing meets the required cycle time with zero quality issues.
- Support electrical testing and record test data using automated test equipment.
- Test and troubleshoot reliability test circuits and verify test boards.
- Operate measurement equipment such as curve tracers, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
- Support in-house calibration activities.
- Perform reliability stress testing, including environmental, electrical, functional, and acoustic testing.
- Support reliability engineering activities when required.
- Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and assist engineers with reliability testing.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electronics, or an equivalent vocational certification.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Reliability laboratory experience is preferred.
- Experience in reliability testing, statistical analysis, failure analysis, and IC testing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and similar desktop applications.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
