About the Role
Jan Gramin Vikash Sansthan (JGVS) is looking for an experienced AI Automation & Full-Stack Developer to build a custom AI-powered platform for CSR and grant fundraising management.
This is not just a chatbot project. We want an integrated system that can help our NGO manage the complete fundraising workflow:
Funding Research → Donor Matching → Proposal/DPR → Budget → Email Outreach → Follow-up → Donor Response → CRM → Funding Pipeline
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop the complete AI fundraising platform.
- Build a JGVS Knowledge Base/RAG system using our NGO documents, annual reports, policies, projects, financial information and previous proposals.
- Develop AI agents for:
- CSR/grant opportunity research
- Donor identification
- Eligibility checking
- Proposal and DPR generation
- Budget preparation
- Donor email drafting
- Follow-up management
- Donor email/reply classification
- Integrate Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets and databases.
- Build a donor/funding CRM and pipeline dashboard.
- Generate professional DOCX/PDF proposals, concept notes, DPRs and budgets.
- Create automated reminders and follow-up workflows.
- Develop a system where AI uses only verified JGVS information and identifies missing information instead of inventing facts.
- Implement human approval before important donor communications/submissions.
- Create secure user login, role-based access and audit logs.
- Deploy, test and document the complete system.

Important Requirements
The system must:
- Never invent NGO, donor or financial information.
- Show “Information Required” when verified information is unavailable.
- Preserve the source URL for researched funding opportunities.
- Allow human approval before important donor emails or submissions.
- Maintain records of proposals, applications, emails and follow-ups.
- Protect confidential NGO and beneficiary information.
- Not bypass CAPTCHA, OTP, login restrictions or other website security mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has actually built AI automation systems, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, AI agents or complex n8n workflows.
Experience with NGOs, CSR, grants, fundraising, proposal automation or donor management will be an advantage.
Budget
MVP Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000, depending on experience and final scope.
Long-term development work may be available after successful completion of the MVP.
