The client Microsoft Cloud Migration Factory (CMF) team and we're looking for a hands-on Copilot Studio / Power Platform Engineer to build intelligent copilots, AI agents, automated workflows and enterprise integrations.
You'll work closely with the client on major cloud and AI transformation programs across Australia.
Australian Citizens required to work on government sites where security clearance is required - Baseline, NV1 or NV2.
What you'll work with
Copilot & Power Platform
- Microsoft Copilot Studio – copilots, topics, actions, entity extraction & generative answers
- Power Automate Cloud & Desktop
- Power Apps – Canvas & Model-Driven
- Dataverse – data models, tables, relationships, business rules
- Custom connectors, solution packaging and ALM / CI/CD using GitHub or Azure DevOps
AI & Agentic Engineering
- LLM applications and AI agents
- Azure AI Foundry – project hubs, deployments, Prompt Flow & evaluations
- Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Search
- RAG architectures – chunking, embeddings, hybrid/vector search & reranking
- Prompt engineering – system prompts, few-shot patterns, grounding & safety guardrails
- Python / TypeScript for agent logic, function calling and API integrations
Enterprise Integration & Azure
- Microsoft Graph API – M365 users, groups, mail, calendar, files, Teams
- REST APIs, Azure Functions & Dataverse
- Integrations with SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce and other enterprise platforms
- Azure Storage, Key Vault, Event Grid & Service Bus
- OAuth2 / Entra ID, authentication, throttling and secure API integration
- IaC, observability and cost optimisation for AI workloads
What we're looking for -
You'll bring strong hands-on experience across Copilot Studio, Power Platform and enterprise integrations, combined with a genuine interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
You should have experience with:
- Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps & Dataverse
- APIs, connectors, Graph API and Azure Functions
- LLMs, AI agents, RAG and prompt engineering
- Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI / AI Search
- Python or TypeScript
- Enterprise-grade CI/CD and ALM
Pay: $150,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
